About the position: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our client's dynamic and award-winning Family Law practice based in Brisbane. This team is known for delivering outstanding outcomes in a broad range of complex family law matters. You'll work closely with nationally respected family lawyers, while receiving guidance and mentorship from experienced Partners and senior practitioners. As a member of the Brisbane team, you'll manage a diverse caseload involving high-value property settlements, parenting disputes, binding financial agreements, and spousal maintenance. You’ll work with a wide range of clients including high-net-worth individuals, professionals, and business owners, often on matters that require strategic insight and emotional intelligence. You’ll be part of a national family law team, giving you access to cross-jurisdictional expertise, resources, and a collaborative legal network.
